01 Data controller

02 Data we process

When you use the sign-up form, we process:

• your email address;
• the date and time you gave your consent, and the version of this notice you agreed to;
• a salted hash of your IP address — a one-way code used for abuse prevention. Your IP address itself is not stored with your sign-up;
• the browser identification string (user agent) sent with the form, also for abuse prevention.

The data is collected electronically, through the sign-up form on molibop.com, only when you submit it. Short-term counters used to limit repeated submissions are deleted after one hour.

Like every website, our hosting server keeps technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). They are used only to keep the site secure and running and are deleted on a rolling basis.

molibop.com does not set cookies and does not load analytics or advertising scripts. If you use the “Reduce motion” switch, that choice is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

03 Purpose

We use your email address to notify you when MLBP’ S1 D001 opens and about Molibop launches.

We do not use it for anything else.

04 Legal basis

Your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1), given by ticking the consent box before you submit the form. Technical access logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (KVKK Article 5/2(f)).

05 Retention

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or 24 months after our last communication with you, whichever comes first. It is then deleted.

06 Transfers

Your data is stored on our hosting server. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for advertising. It is disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.

07 Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to:

1. learn whether your personal data is processed;
2. request information about the processing if it is;
3. learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
4. know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
5. request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate;
6. request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of KVKK Article 7;
7. request that a correction or deletion is notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred;
8. object to a result against you that arises from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
9. claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@molibop.com, preferably from the address you signed up with so we can confirm the request is yours. We answer within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same address. Withdrawal means deletion: we remove your email address and the related sign-up record.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also apply to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
